A good skincare routine
Updated: May 12, 2020
Searching for a good skincare routine always shows up the links for facial skin care tips. The body skin care is on second priority. Agreed, your face is more visible, and it definitely needs to be glowing and appealing but then how would you feel if your face is all perfect and hands are dry and rough? Well, summing up the entire skin care formula, here I suggest you few things.
Get Clean: May it be a face or the body below the neck, the best way to kick things off is to get them completely clean. Cleaning removes all the dirt, excess oil and brings your skin back to life. Washing the face once or twice is a call of your skin type, but I am sure that when you take a shower only once a day, then it needs to be done patiently and with the products which are not harsh on the skin.
Tip 1: Avoid hot water for shower. I know it feels so good but it really dries the skin.
Do exfoliate: Exfoliating is an effective way of removing dead cells. When dead cells are not rubbed off from the skin regularly, then they combine with the body’s natural oils and clog the pore, resulting in dull and damaged skin. The number of times you exfoliate the face differs from the body but then while doing it, make sure to pay little extra attention to your elbows, knees and heels as they are more likely to have rough patches.
Tip 2: No over-exfoliation is a rule. Do you know over exfoliation takes away precious natural oils from skin and signals it to produce more which leads to acne.
(Do You know !!! Raganaturals Baby Bear soap is all natural, very mild and contains colloidal Oatmeal for very gentle exfoliation to treat your skin with love. It’s a shower party in a bar
Moisturise from head to toe: This is the last and the super important part of the skincare routine. As the cleaning and exfoliating take away all the moisture from the skin, moisturizing it with the right lotion or cream replenishes it back. It protects the skin from all the stress that a day brings along. It reduces the chances of blemishes, skin problems, and keeps the skin young.

Tip 3 - Moisturize your skin right after the bath (within 3 minutes) to seal in the precious moisture.
Tip 4 – Yes! Moisturization is must even for people with oily skin.
Tip 5 – Show some love to lips. Remember to put on a natural Lip Balm 😊
(Raganaturals has something gorgeous for those gorgeous lips too. Its 100% natural
Following this loop of steps is essential for healthy skin, but then this is just one part of the process. The other part is the choice of the products you pick for the skin care. When you buy all chemically treated products, the ingredients of it penetrate, resulting in dark and damaged skin years down the line. Whereas when you treat your body with natural soaps, lotions and lip balms, the ingredients of it protects the skin and nourishes it in the right way.
